Each room has been sensitively designed to reflect the building’s original time and place. We aim to deliver the warmest guest experience of today, with the finest British craftsmanship of yesterday.

Sensitively pared back, one of the most striking design features of our bedrooms is the 200-year-old parquet flooring that beautifully frames the bed and bedsides. With a nod to yesterday’s craftsmanship, it creates a modern, yet vintage charm.

Lounge & Terrace

Our first-floor lounge and terrace are both open daily from 7am - 10:30pm to guests and visitors. Recognising the history of our building, they capture the beauty and old-world glamour of the Victoria-era townhouses. Serving brunch, drinks and light snacks on both the terrace and in the lounge, our seasonal menus are a celebration of influences and techniques from around the world from Head Chef Sara Lewis.

Cocktails come courtesy of an exciting collaboration with some of the best bars across the world. The list of eight cocktails have been exclusively loaned to The Pilgrm, but are all made here in London. Silvertone by Chad Salomon is made with gin, vermouth and orange bitters, whilst Santo Domingo by Dee Ann Quinones is made with Tequila plum vinegar, pepper sauce and Aranciata soda.

Our first-floor terrace overlooking London Street is the ideal spot to enjoy drinks and our daily changing menu in the sunshine. Adorned with plants and a herb garden for the kitchen, it is one of the only spaces of its kind within the neighbourhood.

What they say

The Daily Telegraph

"A Victorian-era building brought back to life as a 'reinterpretation' of the traditional hotel. All the frills have been stripped back so you’re left with simple, but considered, hallmarks: smooth check-in, meticulous design, a world-class cocktail menu and decent coffee. In short, it’s the future of city hoteliering."

The Guardian

"There are hundreds of places to eat around here, but I doubt any serve such tempting, well-travelled food as that devised by head chef Sara Lewis (formerly of Grain Store), or are so charming about it. Cocktails, comfort, great cuisine... not things a true pilgrim would expect, but I can imagine food, style and bargain lovers everywhere being happy to make a pilgrmage."

Conde Nast

"The Pilgrm is one of a smattering of new openings marking the area as one to watch. As a base in London, The Pilgrm aims to offer everything you need, nothing you don't. A smart and affordable take on the traditional London hotel, The Pilgrm is certainly adding to the burgeoning aura of Paddington's - whisper it - cool."
