New practices at The Pilgrm
Our priority at The Pilgrm is, as always, ensuring that all of our guests and our team are as safe as they possibly can be. With that in mind, the following few changes will be in place from the 16th of December 2020. Our lounge and café will be closed to the public, but our bedrooms will remain open for essential travel purposes; all details can be found below. Our guests can always expect the warmest of welcomes and a most comfortable stay. Safety:
We will continue to provide our guests with the highest of cleanliness standards and strict hygiene policies will remain in place throughout The Pilgrm. These practices can be seen in more detail here. Where possible, rooms will remain empty for a minimum of 48 hours in between staying guests.
Rooms:
We will no longer be able to accept bookings for our rooms at The Pilgrm other than those which fall under essential travel for work, education, or medical purposes. Please adhere to the government rules and only book a stay should your reason to travel fall within the permitted categories.Â

Food & drink:
Our lounge and café will be closed until further notice. Guests who are staying with us will have a choice from a limited breakfast menu during their visit. This will need to be ordered from our team in person or via WhatsApp and will be delivered to bedrooms each morning. Still and sparkling water, various soft drinks, tea and coffee, a selection of alcoholic beverages, and an evening snack menu will also be available to our staying guests to enjoy in their bedrooms. During their stay, guests may use our lounge space or request to book our private meeting space for work purposes, otherwise they can request a table for their room (subject to availability).Â
Arrival:
Please complete online check in prior to your arrival. This can be accessed via your confirmation email or by going to our booking engine and selecting ‘check in’ in the top right: https://booking.thepilgrm.com/
Guests can contact us via phone, whatsapp or email to alert our team as to when we can expect you, and will need to use our doorbell on arrival to enter the hotel.

Departure:
Guests are able to check out at any time until 12pm on the day of departure. Should you be planning to leave particularly early, you can inform our team during your stay or by contacting us below.

Housekeeping:
To minimise interaction between our staff and guests, housekeeping will only be provided before and after your stay. Should you book a stay and require housekeeping during your visit, you will need to select this at the time of booking, otherwise you can request it during your stay and an additional charge will be applied to your room which needs to be paid on checking out.
