Workshop Coffee spend several months of each year in East Africa, South and Central America working with some of the world’s best coffee farmers, producers and cooperatives to source their coffee, which they roast in London’s Bethnal Green.
Whether taking away or taking a moment to catch your breath and enjoy the surroundings, enjoy espresso and filter coffee from their seasonal range. Postcard Teas, and baked goods from Yeast Bakery and Fortitude Bakehouse are also available alongside a considered range of coffee and brewing equipment to take home.
Our first floor lounge captures the old world glamour and beauty of the Victorian-era building. Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks, our menus are a celebration of influences and techniques from around the world from Head Chef Sara Lewis. Our breakfast menu features the Le Swine Cooked Breakfast with Ol' fashioned middle bacon, caramelised red onion sausage, stornaway black pudding roast mushroom, fried duck egg, slow roast tomato, toast and bacon butter. Also available, Pilgrm Continental and includes brewed coffee or tea, pastries and bread, jams, butter, fruits and yogurt with a glass of OJ or AJ. The all day menu is served from 7am-1130am and then 12pm-10pm with specials such as Le Swine's Bacon Butty, our signature Toastie, Shoestring fries with aioli British and Charred broccoli with shallot, pecorino and capers, as well as other small plates.
Cocktails come courtesy of an exciting collaboration with some of the best cocktail bars from Athens to Italy, the US and of course, London. The considered list of eight cocktails have been exclusively loaned to The Pilgrm, but are all made here in London. Such as Terroir by Tony Conigliaro is made with clay, flint and moss or the Silvertone by Chad Salomon, made with gin, vermouth and orange bitters from Midnight Rambler. In addition, Santo Domingo made with Tequila plum vinegar, pepper sauce and Aranciata soda by Dee Ann Quinones and more.
