Karma Buger x Ana Da Costa at The Pilgrm

Who's ready for a night of burgers, cocktails, music and good vibes all in support of an important cause? We are!

Welcoming the next chef talent to The Pilgrm, we're very excited to be joined by Karma Burger in collaboration with Ana Da Costa on 23rd November for a female-led, all-vegan burger party in support of The PaNDAS Foundation (PND Awareness & Support).

Launched in summer 2023, not-for-profit Karma Burger prides itself in serving delicious vegan food with a mission to make a difference by supporting a carefully selected charity with each event. This November sees Karma Burger collaborate with chef and self-proclaimed hot sauce queen Ana Da Costa at The Pilgrm where they'll serve up an exclusive fiery menu in order to raise funds for a charity close to Ana’s heart, PaNDAS (PND Awareness & Support). PaNDAS offers support and guidance for parents suffering from post and pre-natal depression (PND).

The intersection between food and charity is where Bianca has found her calling, and with The Pilgrm's ongoing mission to bring like-minded people together and act as an incubator for young creatives and new concepts, we are very happy to be partnering with Karma Burger and Ana for an evening of delicious food and good karma. 

And these aren't any ordinary burgers: influenced by founder Bianca Bridges’s heritage with Asian-inspired takes on classic burgers, the menu on the 23rd November will feature three banging burgers, two Karma classics; the Jalapeño Cheeseburger and the Mushroom Rendang, and Ana Da Costa’s exclusive special for The Pilgrm; Ana’s Good Karma Paratha.  Ana has taken inspiration from her roots, creating a burger that takes after the Chinese Hamburger, Rou Jia Mo. It combines grilled vegan mince, braised in a spiced sweet soy liquor, with Sichuan cheese sauce and spring onions, all stuffed into a flaky and buttery onion paratha. There will also be the option of two sides; the Curry Fries and the Kale Caesar. ARAW Ice Cream will be serving up their sweet Pandan Onde Onde ice cream for dessert, and cocktails will come courtesy of the inimitable Untitled Drinks - the team behind Bar Termini and 69 Colebrooke Row.

Join us on 23rd November from 6pm. Tickets cost £30 pp and include a burger, a side and dessert. 100% of the profits will be donated to the PaNDAS Foundation.
