Our favourite hotel in London, 5/5 stars

"We spent the night at the Pilgrm for a romantic weekend get away and were delighted of our stay. Everything was top class from the smooth and welcoming check in to the quality of the bedding and premium products in the room. It was also very quiet and peaceful which is remarkable considering we're right in the centre of one of the busiest city in the world. I also highly recommend having breakfast there, especially on the terrace depending on the weather. It was our 5th stay at the Pilgrm and we'll definitely be back again soon!"

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. Located next to Paddington train station. Rooms are not the biggest, but more than adequate, beds are very comfortable. Bathroom and shower were very good. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within a short walk. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay here! We stayed 4 nights and were very comfortable. We did the large room and glad we did as Europe rooms are smaller than US! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thankfully they do have an elevator for your luggage! We were able to check in early and got some coffee as we waited for them to finish up with the room cleaning. The location is 10/10, close to many tube stations/line and the train station! It was very appreciated to have a fan in the room as it makes all the difference in sleep for us! Also major major major brag on having a plastic water bottle and refill station downstairs! It is hard to get water in Europe so this was great to start and end the day with a bottle at the hotel! 10/10 would stay again!

It's a fascinating place: finding your room is an adventure. I believe it was designed by a maze-maker. Absolutely eat the breakfast! It is - at least it was today - remarkable. (As was the coffee from the coffee bar downstairs.)

I always stay here if I have to be in London overnight. Yes, the rooms are small but they?re clean and comfortable and the location is ideal. Good value for money.

Went to this hotel in the fist weekend of January. Me and my gf really enjoyed our stay. We had booked a small room so the room was indeed, small. But it had everything we needed for our stay. The room and the hotel itself were very clean. When we arrived, we were checked-in immediately by very friendly staff. The nearest tube station is just a 2 minute walk away from The Pilgrm. We had breakfast included, which did not disappoint; Free water, free juice and free coffe/tea. The food was definitely a 10/10. On the day we checked-out, the staff kept our luggage in the hotel while we enjoyed our last hours in London. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in London!

Here's what we advise - in no particular order... On the way from your room to the lounge - get to know the treats in the Pantry, spend some time on the stone stair - be sure to look around corners and into alcoves - you'll find plant life, art and who knows who else...You'll soon arrive on the landing - take a dip into the club chairs or slip in next to the marble tops, the lounge is just through the door and the terrace through the next - the rest we'll leave to you!
