Dedicated to sourcing, roasting and serving the best coffee possible.
Workshop Coffee spend several months of each year in East Africa, South and Central America working with some of the world’s best coffee farmers, producers and cooperatives to source their coffee, which they roast in London’s Bethnal Green.
Whether taking away or taking a moment to catch your breath and enjoy the surroundings, enjoy espresso and filter coffee from their seasonal range. Postcard Teas, and baked goods from Yeast Bakery and Fortitude Bakehouse are also available alongside a considered range of coffee and brewing equipment to take home.
Lounge & Terrace
Our first-floor lounge and terrace are both open daily from 7am - 10:30pm to guests and visitors. Recognising the history of our building, they capture the beauty and old-world glamour of the Victoria-era townhouses. Serving brunch, drinks and light snacks on both the terrace and in the lounge, our seasonal menus are a celebration of influences and techniques from around the world from Head Chef Sara Lewis.
Cocktails come courtesy of an exciting collaboration with some of the best bars across the world. The list of eight cocktails have been exclusively loaned to The Pilgrm, but are all made here in London. Silvertone by Chad Salomon is made with gin, vermouth and orange bitters, whilst Santo Domingo by Dee Ann Quinones is made with Tequila plum vinegar, pepper sauce and Aranciata soda.
Our first-floor terrace overlooking London Street is the ideal spot to enjoy drinks and our daily changing menu in the sunshine. Adorned with plants and a herb garden for the kitchen, it is one of the only spaces of its kind within the neighbourhood.
If you'd like to book a table in the lounge or on the terrace, or are considering holding an event please get in touch with us via firstname.lastname@example.org
Residing in the more bohemian and historic side of the area.
Paddington is known for its colourful and creative residents, because here literary greats mix with pioneering architects and have done so for decades. Situated very close to Paddington Station, the hotel is located next to Norfolk Square. The Pilgrm has The Frontline Club, a hub for creatives, and Monocle's own Kioskafe just around the corner, as neighbours. Ideally located for international travel courtesy of Heathrow Express, The Pilgrm is also close by to Marylebone, Hyde Park, Notting Hill and Bayswater - all within easy walking distance.
We’re inspired by craftsmanship and its place in today's culture.
We like to share stories of compelling makers and places in our Journal. Stay in touch and we promise we will too.
