LUTO is coming to The Pilgrm
The news is out! Filipino-British concept LUTO is arriving at The Pilgrm this May for 3 months of delicious summer feasting.
Chef Mary San Pablo will be launching her longest residency yet, after many sold-out supper clubs and pop-ups over recent years.
Dedicated to exploring her Filipino heritage through bold, creative cooking, Mary (previously Quo Vadis, Som Saa, A. Wong) launched LUTO 9 years ago. A modern take on Filipino cuisine, the menu is brimming with vibrant Southeast Asian flavours, bringing a series of dishes that are perfect for sharing (especially on the terrace, in the sunshine).
The unassuming charred hispi cabbage with coconut, turmeric daikon pickles and sizzling spring onion is set to be a firm favourite. Although, the pickled garlic cucumbers on cashew and ajo blanco is similarly unmissable. And we can't forget the Short rib Kare Kare - a perfectly braised, tender short rib served in a savoury peanut and bagoong sauce, topped with a wild garlic salsa verde.
The menu will change regularly, celebrating the best of the seasonal British produce whilst showcasing LUTO’s signature playfulness and depth of flavour.
LUTO at The Pilgrm opens on 15 May - 14 August, Wednesday - Saturday 5.30pm - 9.30pm.
