As our guest we want to inform & reassure you of the control measures that The Pilgrm, including our Lounge & Workshop Café, are taking during this time.
We are monitoring the advice and information being published by the UK Government, Public Health England and the World Health Organization.

Our hotels adhere to health and safety procedures including all local laws. In addition, we have provided the necessary training & information relating to COVID-19 to ensure the standards of cleanliness remain at their highest. These are continually monitored and are being amended as required.

These guidelines are in place at each property and all employees have been trained and are undertaking all extra measures.
Our cancellation policy has been updated – we will waiver cancellation fees or move your reservation to a future date, for all bookings which fall within all of the following criteria:
- Direct booking
- Stay dates – present day through to 30th April 2020 (future months will be reviewed as the situation progresses)
- Guests travelling from all affected locations
Guests who have booked through an Online Travel Agent are advised to contact the agent directly.
Please be assured we are taking all essential steps to maintain a clean and safe environment for all.
