New Cocktails: Untitled Drinks x The Pilgrm
We're very excited to announce that our full cocktail menu at The Pilgrm is now overseen by Untitled Drinks, the talented team behind the critically acclaimed Bar Termini and 69 Colebrooke Row.
The collaboration has been a long time in the making, having been great friends of The Pilgrm before our doors even opened. The collaboration sees the skilled team at Untitled Drinks taking over the menu with their signature aperitivo cocktails, with 2 additional brand-new creations made just for The Pilgrm.
Available to both those staying and just passing through, guests will be able to while away long summer afternoons sipping their way through the new menu of perfected classics.
The new cocktail list features Bar Termini’s celebrated Classico Negroni; the elegant Clear Manhattan from 69 Colebrook Row, striking for the crisp flavour profile that focuses on the aromatics of a Manhattan cocktail while having lost its ruby colour; and the 69 dry martini, a classic made using london dry gin, french dry vermouth and a dash of dry essence to give the perfect long, clean finish. A 24-hour infused cold arabica brew Espresso Martini and a Pomelo Margarita with a touch of fino cherry especially crafted for The Pilgrm round off the list. The Untitled Drinks expertise also brings us an extensive list of the world's finest Vermouths, in one menu. From old vermouths like Carpano Antica Formula and the French Dolin Dry, to the organic, amber-coloured, Australian Regal Rouge, there is something for everyone.
