Where our cured meats come from...

Where our cured meats come from...

If you’ve popped in to see us recently you may have seen a delicious new addition to our menu; cured meats from our friends at Tempus.

Dhruv and Tomm the founders of Tempus, met through MasterChef and now offer dining experiences based around their charcuterie with just one philosophy; in order to make great charcuterie, you have to start with great animals.

“We have both always loved the alchemy that is charcuterie, taking something in its raw form and transforming it into something so incredible; it requires patience but when you see the fruits of your labour, it’s truly special”

They ensure that the suppliers they work with are highly specialised and passionate with a sustainable supply of incredible animals raised to the highest welfare standards. The animals are always mature, meaning the farmers have a greater responsibility of caring for the animals for longer, this also means there is something truly special in terms of flavour and texture.

With this ethos, Tempus are committed to utilising the food-chain and feel a responsibility to use the animals already in existence, treating them with the respect they deserve.

We’re super proud to be working with these guys and to have their cured meats on our menu. Stop by and enjoy alongside cheese from The Cheese Bar on the lounge or the terrace.
