Mirror Margarita x The Pilgrm Mexican Brunch Pop-up
It’s happening! The Pilgrm is joining forces with the multi-award winning cocktail gurus at Mirror Margarita for a special brunch this September. Join us on Saturday 24th September for margaritas, a Mexican brunch feast, and a live set from DJ Olly Roberts at The Pilgrm. This is not one to miss!Â
After recent research trips on the Mexican coast, chef has created a delicious Mexican-inspired menu packed with typical Latin flavours which will be complemented perfectly by a selection of show-stopping creations from Mirror Margarita, including their classic which is made with luxury blanco tequila and citrus for a crips, clean taste.Â
Dishes will include Avocado Toast with guacamole, frijoles, poached eggs, slow roast pasilla chilli toms, tomatillo salsa, and cheese; and Adobo Chipotle Mushrooms with Wilted spinach, sauteed mushrooms, poached eggs, creamy adobo chipotle sauce, tocino crumble, plus others! Space is limited, so bookings are essential via lounge@thepilgrm.com. You can request to be seated on the terrace or in our lounge. The brunch menu will be served from 12.30 pm - 6.00pm, with a Mexican-inspired snack menu available into the evening.
For the Tequila and Mezcal aficionados looking to take a deeper dive, there will be a Mirror Margarita cocktail class 5.00 - 6.00 pm in our cafe, where you will learn the difference between Tequila & Mezcal through a tasting and then create your own unique flavour of Mirror Margarita. Tickets must be purchased here - booking a table for brunch does not provide access to the masterclass!Â
