Add a Picnic to Your Stay
Tried and tested, a picnic is the fail-safe plan for making the most of the sunshine with minimal effort. And here’s where we’ve made it even easier for you!
We’ve teamed up with the local fine-food grocers, Melrose and Morgan, to offer guests of The Pilgrm the option to add a Picnic Bag onto their stay. Which means when you get here, there will be a delicious picnic ready-and-waiting for you to collect.
Inside your conveniently-packed Picnic Bag for 2, you will find everything you need for the perfect alfresco nibble:
Keen’s Cheddar, a creamy Wigmore cheese, mixed charcuterie from Cobble Lane, a pot of freshly-made hummus, Perello olives, Melrose and Morgan poppyseed crackers and spelt shard crackers, Torres truffle crisps, and a jar of homemade apple and fig chutney.
Fancy a glass of something cold and fizzy? You are welcome to buy a bottle from our lounge to add to the selection!
Once you’ve booked your Picnic Bag with your stay, it will be ready for your arrival and can be collected from our guest services team at any point within 24 hours of getting here. Please note, Picnic Bags require a minimum of 4 days’ notice, therefore please kindly only add these to your stay if you're placing a booking at least 4 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If you try to book a picnic bag after this point, unfortunately it will not be ready in time and the picnic will be refunded following your stay.
Venturing further than Hyde Park for your picnic? Why not borrow our Temple Cycles bikes for the day! We’ve also got picnic blankets you can use for your outing; just ask our team if there’s one available before you head out - and please remember to bring it back with you!
