New practices at The Pilgrm

New practices at The Pilgrm - December 2020

In light of recent news, we are delighted to be able to welcome our guests back to The Pilgrm to enjoy our lounge, cafe and bedrooms, which will be safely re-opened to the public from 2nd December. Many of the things you know and love will still be here waiting for you: the comfortable beds, the fresh and crisp linens, our delicious breakfast, the excellent coffee, and of course our friendly team. The few changes we have made are to ensure that all of our guests and our team are as safe as they possibly can be. We will be adhering to the latest government guidelines, which can be seen here.
For any guests joining us prior to 2nd December, please see our practices here.

We will continue to provide our guests with the highest of standards and strict hygiene policies will remain in place throughout The Pilgrm. These practices can be seen in more detail here. Rooms will remain empty for 48 hours in between staying guests where availability allows.

We are delighted that our rooms will be back open from 2nd December, with strict hygiene measures in place to ensure the safest of stays. The dream-inducing beds, the fresh and crisp linens, the powerful showers and spotless bathrooms are waiting to welcome you back.
If you’re looking to enjoy some festive fun in the capital this December, take a look at our latest offers or book here. If you have an existing booking and wish amend the reservation, you can do so online here or by contacting us on booking@thepilgrm.com.

Food & drink:

Our lounge and café will be open from 2nd December, with our delicious breakfast and brunch being served in the lounge from 8am-3pm each day. The menu can be seen here and bookings can be made through lounge@thepilgrm.com for both our lounge and outdoor terrace. A limited selection of items will be available to order to takeaway. Guests who are placing an online booking for their stay at The Pilgrm will be able to add breakfast from 2nd December.
In line with government guidelines, guests visiting our lounge must be from one household, or if visiting our terrace from a maximum of two households, and can only consume alcohol with food. Sharing plates are available to order after 3pm for those looking to enjoy an evening drink in our lounge. The café will close at 5.30pm and the lounge will close at 10pm each day.

Please complete online check in prior to your arrival. This can be accessed via your confirmation email or by going to our booking engine and selecting ‘check in’ in the top right: https://booking.thepilgrm.com/

You may leave your luggage with us on the same day as your check in should you arrive earlier than your room is ready for you, and may leave it with us prior to checking out as long as it is collected that same day.

To minimise interaction between our staff and guests, housekeeping will only be provided before and after your stay. Should you book a stay and require housekeeping during your visit, you will need to select this at the time of booking, otherwise you can request it during your stay and an additional charge will be applied to your room which needs to be paid on checking out.
